F40 T-Motor in 2300kv is the (v2) - PAIR of 2 motors - instock in Australia - designed for racing Quads running 4s LiPo and 5" props on a Knife 240 or Knife 270 - see power chart below for limitations. Its power/efficiency/performance is almost identical to the alternate CarbonBird 2300kv motor. Differences include T-Motor is 50% heavier than the carbonBird 21g/31g ; an thicker one piece Steel shaft+collet (reason for motor being heavier) ; long lead wires and M3 screws - lower circlip design on the T-Motor and larger bearings on the T-Motor - this motor could be described as heavily built increasing inertia (not a good thing for racing or motor acceleration-deceleration) as it uses lots of steel (rather than aluminium) for those who crash a lot, so possibly targeted at beginners in the "crash phase" rather than experienced pilots who want the lightest possible motor for performance/and rapid RPM changes. T-Motor also claim a 15% improved heat dissipation from the F40.
