This is the NEW ab-initio QUAD STEALTH that all the Pro-Pilots are raving about - ARF Electronica - All Scarab 12mm class multicopters share similar core components and can be reconfigured to bigger Quadcopters or Carbon Quads by cross-grading.    We wanted to offer a special QUAD to prospective pilots who were getting into aerial photography but needed to build up their stick-time fast.  Your likely a Pro Photographer but not a pilot.  There is no substitute for air-time.  For a noob pilot this means climbing the learning curve and spending more time airborne and less time building or re-building after a crash - so the Stealth was designed to have fewer parts and be nearly unbreakable following the usual lawn strikes and heavy ground contact events. To do this we have used 1.6mm thickness booms and set the 1220kv motors up to work well on both the older 3S1800 and best on the new 4S1200 LiPo.  The best part is the Stealth has the same core design , handling and stability of its bigger camera carrying brothers like Reconn and QuadOcta - but the payload of this Armour is built in in the extra strong frame and 1.5mm booms making it armour plated for training incidents.  so this way you can just keep storming around getting more air-time and becoming very hot on the sticks.  Building good flying skill is vital and needs a really tough machine like Stealth-armour to get to the point where you just don't crash any longer.  The Stealth is a total package and the motors/ESC/Props and and Airframe are the perfect combination - add PARIS Sirius IMU control system = Hero ship.

• Requires prop balancing - Props and motors can be balanced to run silky smooth by the owner - this is an important skill you must learn - its easy - but takes 3-10 mins per prop to do well - its a matter of adding blade tape to balance the props when running at speed - trial and error process.  Pilots who say they did not balance their props are just short changing themselves - The entire IMU will fly better and the baering will last longer when everything is balanced dynamicaly - Use the Forums and YouTube to search for Prop balancing videos.
